As always thank you so much for gracing my blog! I love you all! Just a few hours ago I, along with my fiancé (G) the love of my life was surrounded by thousands of liberated and motivated people! Correction it has now been a couple of weeks at this point since this beautiful event took place… I did, in fact, start this post, the day of! Without further delay, I just want to recap my experience.
This was my second time going to the Women’s March in LA, last year (2017) I marched by myself. This year I had my handsome and loving fiancé rolling with me! We decided to take an Uber because who wants to drive to a march in traffic? Not us! Anyways, once arriving on the scene you can just feel the energy of the people. It was great, get a glimpse of what my fiancé captured once arriving.
For me being “in” the streets and being able to capture the movement is one of the best feelings for me. Seeing all the kids hold the signs and being so active. Seeing their faces light up with excitement for being apart of a movement for the greater good. To see all the women rise up and come together as one. Bringing everyone of all races and genders 😉 with them! It was beautiful! Check out some action…
We all just need more love! Love for ourselves and for others. I love that I was able to able to embrace and express who I am as a person and be fearless about it. I feel like it is important to love me for me. I believe that helps me embrace and love people for who they really are. I was touched by this group of young women embracing who they were as an individual and as a whole.
I had to get in on the wall action, it was beautiful! I rep… MORE LOVE!
My overall experience was wonderful it was so great! Meeting new people, tasting great food, learning and embracing knowledge. Being surrounded by thousands, if not millions of people. (probably thousands at the time:) It was great! I felt truly inspired!
Thank you for reading! Hope you enjoyed it!
Until next time!
